OUR RULES
-If you are not satisfied with your Acrylic nails and it is in the period of 13 days you are allowed a free fill to the nail that is lifted or broken.
-If you are not satisfied with your gelish nails or feet and it’s in the period of 10 days you are allowed à redo of the nail you are not happy with.
-If you are unhappy with the service rendered or you suspect an unfair pricing please speak to the manager in charge at the branch.
-If you suspect theft or wrong activities please feel free to speak to the manager in charge they are extremely discreet and no staff will know of your complaint.
-We do not allow direct contact with staff.
-Strictly No numbers should be shared between clients and staff or managers
